Allison and Nick drove down from Edwards, Colorado to Estes Park yesterday for a camping inspired engagement session in Estes Park, Colorado. Both 6th grade teachers, Allison and Nick exude a joy for life and the outdoors that is contagious beyond belief. The mountain weather decided to be extra volatile for us and give us a mixture of sunshine, clouds, hail, downpours, snow, lightning, and sunshine again all within an hour and a half. Allison and Nick, thank you so much for the amazing experience of being your photographer. I cannot WAIT to photograph your wedding in Vail this summer.
I was able to meet up with this amazing couple in the Redwoods of California for their engagement session this weekend. Shannon and Mark, your love is amazing, and I cannot wait to photograph your wedding in 2013.
I love this session of Gavin and Kerry as we photographed around City Park in Denver. Thank you guys for being so relaxed and easy going!
Scott Stebner and Alyssa Stebner are Denver and Northern Colorado Wedding Photographers available for travel and destination weddings.
Had a beautiful engagement session in Denver City Park with Gavin and Kerry. It’s 1:30 am, the olympics are on, so why not be up and completely reverse my sleep schedule? Because I love this image.
More to come.
Cayla and Mark are both students at the Culinary Institute in New York. Alyssa, Cayla, Mark, and I had a great time despite the dark skies and rain we were given to work with. Thanks again for being awesome, and I cannot wait for your wedding in Utah!
Excuse some of the random boxes that pop up on this blog, still trying to work out the issue with tech support.
We had such a great time on Saturday meeting up with Megan and Tim for their picnic themed engagement session in Denver. Tim is a very, very talented graphic artist who we are working with to complete an identity overhaul over the next few months. You can view his work here They are also super cool photographers with Megan being an old school film shooter, which gives her major props.
We started at inspiration point then moved towards boulder and then to the city for some light painting fun.
Thank you so much Tim and Megan for being a super sweet, ultra funny, and incredibly awesome couple. We can’t wait for your September wedding!
I know…you’re thinking the same thing I am right now, right? This couple is ridiculously cute, fun, and just awesome to be around. We met Elayna and Brian a few weeks ago over a cup of Frogurt and immediately knew we wanted to shoot their wedding! Their chemistry, kind heart, and love together was contagious.
Sterling, Colorado has ended up being a gold mine of photography spots for anyone, but what surprised us was Pioneer Park and it’s lush green landscapes that made us feel like we were in the mountains.
And my gorgeous wife / assistant enjoying herself during the shoot taking some photo-journalistic images (I will most likely get in trouble for posting this)
And it’s a safe bet I will do a few things during a shoot. 1) Roll on the ground quite a bit 2) Lose my cabbie hat at least a few times 3) laugh a ton. Check, Check, and Check
And I just LOVE moments as they happen, especially to such a fun couple. They wanted some piggy back pictures and well, things didn’t quite go as well as we expected the first time around.
Rachael and Sean love to laugh, and their love together is one that has been worth the wait for this awesome couple.
So if you haven’t heard of Mile High Bride yet, you really need to go over there and check out this cute site full of great stories, details, wedding and engagement ideas, and anything else related to Colorado weddings.
I was so excited that they featured Haley and Daniel’s engagement shoot in Sterling, Colorado on their blog because quite frankly, the Eastern Plains are usually overlooked by the mountains and metro areas by many people.
